GREEN SMOOTHIE
For breakfast to start your wellness journey:
Blend Together:
- 1 cup almond/coconut milk
- 1 cup destemmed kale leaves or baby spinach
- 1 large ripe frozen banana, chopped into chunks
- 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- 2 to 3 ice cubes
HUMMUS WRAP
Hummus Wrap for Lunch
Roll up and Enjoy!!!
- Whole grain wrap topped with 1/4 cup hummus
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup pepper strips
- 1/2 cup cucumber strips
- 1/4 cup carrot strips
SALMON
For dinner a Salmon Filet
- Marinade a 4oz salmon filet with grape seed oil,
honey and soy sauce
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes
- Saute 1-2 cups of spinach leaves in olive oil, salt and garlic slices
- cook 1/2 cup of brown rice or quinoa
- Bon Appetit!!!
